NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a split Band 7 post for a rotational clinical pharmacist (0.5 WTE) and 0.5 WTE supporting HEPMA, based at University Hospital Monklands. You will help develop, deliver and maintain the clinical aspects of HEPMA and contribute to ongoing research and evaluation.
The role involves training, system maintenance, audits, and participation in on-call rota, with emphasis on clinical care, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration within the HEPMA team across Lanarkshire

This is a split Band 7 post, comprising 0.5 WTE as a rotational clinical pharmacist and 0.5 WTE supporting HEPMA. Based at University Hospital Monklands. To support the development, delivery and management of ongoing implementation and maintenance of the clinical aspects of HEPMA. To support the ongoing research, development and evaluation of HEPMA.
The HEPMA team supports clinicians in all three Lanarkshire acute hospitals (University Hospitals Wishaw, Monklands, and Hairmyres) and the off-site beds in NHS Lanarkshire.
The post holder is responsible for supporting the completion of roll out to remaining specialist areas including maternity, paediatrics and outpatients.
