Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business needs with technical execution in a distributed, cross-functional setting. You will convert loose use cases into clear architecture, API contracts, and a production-ready backlog for the India-based team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a full-stack engineer, strong TS/JS with React, backend in Node.js or Python, and hands-on AWS experience. English fluency at B2+ is required for collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong TS/JS with React or similar frontend framework.
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python and API design.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience translating stakeholder input into actionable backlogs.
• Hands-on AWS delivery experience and enterprise auth methods.
• Fluent English communication with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product owners and IT/Business stakeholders across departments.
• Translate internal use cases into architecture, UX/flow design and backlog.
• Design and integrate workflows connecting Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HCM.
• Own integration challenges including auth, data contracts, RBAC, and cutover.
• Collaborate daily with India-based pod to ensure quality and timely releases.
• Build prototypes for UI, agent flow, or MCP/LLM paths and hand off to production team.
• Emphasize security, observability, and reusability in the build process.
