Job summary

Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive execution across projects and initiatives that power sales growth. You will manage a master calendar for regional commercial activities and coordinate incentives with bottlers to support brand and retail success.

You will track budget planning and monitor marketing funds while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver launches and reporting on performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in retail or distributor sales.
• 3-5 years experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/NRI, POS and Inventory reports.
• CPG or beverage industry experience a plus. Fluent in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across projects and initiatives to power sales growth.
• Maintain an always-on master calendar for regional commercial initiatives.
• Track ROI on marketing programs and communicate updates to management.
• Support and coordinate incentives with bottler networks and regional launches.
• Prepare sales updates and performance decks for Region Manager review.
