Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Activation Analyst to support the Brand Manager in developing and executing annual marketing plans across designated product categories. The role is hybrid in Santiago, Chile and offers exposure to local and international markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, execute promotions, analyze market trends, and manage vendor relationships to drive brand growth and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Execute annual marketing plans and activation initiatives to support objectives and drive brand growth.
• Support development and implementation of annual marketing plans aligned with regional/global strategies.
• Coordinate consumer promotions to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance brand visibility and distribution.
• Manage relationships with BTL and digital agencies for planning and execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and analyze market trends to provide insights.
• Support MDG and Proof HQ submissions and budget tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely program implementation.
