ABB is seeking a Bid & Proposal professional in LATAM to create and complete bids/estimations for Packaging / Integrated Solutions (MV drives + motors + E-house + auxiliaries) based on customer specs and budgets. You will balance inputs across ABB units to ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals.

The role requires crafting high-quality bids with detailed cost breakdowns, working with Sales Support Lead and regional teams in a hybrid model.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in bid & proposal, tendering, estimations, or sales support for industrial projects/solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end proposals with accurate costing and clear assumptions.
• Solid exposure to integrated solutions / packaged systems (MV drives + motors + E-house + auxiliaries).

Responsabilidades

• Calculate budgetary values for sales teams or customers with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation including price sheets and cash flow analyses.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to clarify requirements and align technical/commercial aspects.
• Ensure timely bid inputs and adherence to quality procedures.
• Coordinate proposal inputs end-to-end across countries and stakeholders.
