Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a skilled BI Developer to build dashboards and reports using Salesforce Tableau, translating business requirements into mockups and actionable visualizations. You will profile data, support data mapping, and collaborate with data engineers to leverage Snowflake models, while improving performance and maintainability of BI assets.

You will work with stakeholders in an iterative feedback cycle, ensuring outputs meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BI report and dashboard development using Salesforce Tableau and Tableau Desktop.
• Solid data analysis skills including data profiling and validation techniques.
• Working knowledge of data mapping using a Data Mapping Solution.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data exploration and BI development.
• Strong stakeholder communication for requirements clarification and feedback cycles.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Nice to have exposure to Snowflake data models and Tableau Prep for data prep workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI dashboards and reports using Salesforce Tableau to support actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into mockups and wireframes for review.
• Build BI prototypes and refine based on stakeholder feedback.
• Profile data to assess quality, completeness, and usability of source data.
• Support data mapping activities and apply defined logic for consistent outputs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to leverage existing data models in Snowflake.
• Improve BI reports for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Validate report results against business requirements and document mappings.
