A leading spa organization in Santiago is seeking a skilled hair professional to deliver exceptional hair treatments while maintaining high standards of service. You must possess a valid hairdressing or barber license, showcase strong blow drying and cutting skills, and effectively manage product use. Formación

• Must hold and maintain a valid Hairdressing and/or Barber diploma/license.
• Strong blow drying skills are essential, especially for straightening without tools.
• Good cutting techniques and the ability to cater to guest style preferences.
• Ability to work in a cost effective manner with products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and professional hair treatments as per spa protocols.
• Maintain equipment and manage product usage for cost control.
• Educate guests on services and products offered by the spa.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
• Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, seminars and retail, as well as Programs, promotions and/or discounts available

• • Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
• • Provide consistent professional hair treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• • Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa
• • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
• • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas
• • Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals
• • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, seminars and retail, as well as Programs, promotions and/or discounts available

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold and maintain a Hairdressing diploma/license and/or Barber diploma/license.
• Good strong confident blow drying skills on hair of ALL types (particular emphasis on blow drying straight without the aid of straightners).
• Good cutting skills and ability to adapt to guests' style requirements.
• Ability to work in a cost effective manner with products.
