Signant Health is seeking an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator to support the Clinical Data Management team in delivering on-time, accurate data for clinical studies. You will execute data management activities, communicate with project teams, and help verify data changes and clarifications.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment with 0–2 years of data management exposure.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Medicine, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation and requirements for system/frontend functionality.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet very short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with cross-functional colleagues.
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks and process changes.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in clinical trials data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and databases.
• Knowledge of CFR Part 11 or regulated environments desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute data management activities to support senior team members.
• Communicate with internal project teams on data management aspects for a study.
• Facilitate and verify data clarifications and data changes.
• Contribute to development of data management documents (DMP, DTS).
• Support UAT of reports and automated data checks.
