Epiroc is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Global Data Analytics team. You will translate business needs into scalable data models and robust analytics solutions, collaborating across stakeholders, platform teams, and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing data platforms with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, delivering Power BI dashboards, and defining KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization.
• Proven experience with Python and Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building scalable analytics solutions and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques to translate business requirements into structured datasets.
• Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into scalable data models, technical specifications, and delivery plans.
• Design and maintain modern data platforms (warehouse / lakehouse) using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, including advanced calculations and visualizations.
• Enable data-driven decisions by defining KPIs and delivering actionable insights.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python for efficient data transformation.
• Drive data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and processes.
