Blend is seeking a Data Engineer Lead to design, develop, and support data solutions enabling reporting, BI, and predictive analytics. The role focuses on modernizing manual Excel reports into automated pipelines and scalable BI platforms while backing predictive model production processes.

You will work across data teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data and impactful analytics across the organization.

Formación

• Strong experience designing, automating, and delivering production reporting and analytics solutions.
• SQL Server performance tuning, complex queries, and data modeling for production workloads.
• Python for automation and data processing in analytics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Automate manual reporting processes and repetitive data workflows.
• Optimize SQL queries, data models, and processing performance.
• Support production data preparation and model scoring for predictive analytics.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and improve reliability.
