VolFront is seeking a senior software engineer to own core features for the volAI trading terminal. You will design robust architectures, implement high-performance data handling, and ensure reliability under market volatility and large data volumes.

You will master AI tooling and coordinate with data loaders on Windows, Linux, and Azure-based infrastructure, building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems for real-time finance workloads.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Deep PostgreSQL: partitioning, indexing, FDW, vacuum health.
• Strong Python – architect loaders, not patch them.
• Comfortable owning systems on Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with pub/sub for live data and real-time streams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, implementation, and optimization of core features for VolFront’s production trading terminal.
• Architect robust code solutions and clean API contracts across the stack.
• Write efficient SQL queries and interact with large PostgreSQL data infrastructure.
• Ensure production tools perform under market-open pressures and high data volumes.
• Lead triage of alerts and root-cause analysis for software bugs.
