Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Validation: lead technical discovery, build custom architectures, and run demos/PoCs for Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and implementation, be the main customer contact, monitor health and telemetry.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota linked to new business and account growth; lead QBRs to show ROI to executives.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain relationships with stakeholders through onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: act as an AI-augmented engineer; use AI agents to automate routine tasks.
