Job summary

Christian Dior Couture Zurich Boutique is seeking a Retail Intern to support the team in delivering exceptional customer care within a high-class luxury environment. You will act as an ambassador for the Maison, helping to welcome clients and maintain the exclusive experience on the floor.

You should be fluent in German and English, eager to develop in luxury retail, and available for 3–6 months working full time. Kitchen or remote options are not offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Support team on the shop floor and ensure a welcoming client-focused environment.
• Assist with wrapping gifts, packing, unpacking boxes and stock organisation.
• Provide best-in-class service and help maintain store standards.
• Contribute to operational tasks and showroom organization.

For our Boutique in Zurich we are looking for a Retail Intern with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• As a retail intern you will be a strong support for the team as a whole and gain skills in the retail area of a high-class luxury brand
• You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and help the team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• You use your excellent organizational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department
• You are responsible for offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock

Profil

• You have a desire to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are your strength
• You are flexible, dynamic, and open minded
• You speak German and English
• You are available for at least 3 - 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week)
