Signet Capital Management Group in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to lead Swiss regulatory compliance and AML/CFT efforts. You will own the compliance framework, work with senior management across jurisdictions, and translate complex FINMA requirements into practical business processes.

You will monitor Swiss financial market regulation, oversee KYC and AML controls, and drive group-wide standards, training, and governance.

Qualificações

• University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in Swiss banking/wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation and FINMA.
• Experience with AML/CFT, KYC, transaction monitoring and internal controls.
• Experience with employee dealing policies and market conduct.
• Understanding of SIX reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as internal Compliance and AML contact for the Swiss entity.
• Monitor compliance with Swiss law, FINMA regulations, SRO rules and policies.
• Develop and implement the Swiss compliance framework.
• Oversee AML/CFT controls, including SAR submissions when required.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigating measures.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits and inspections.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls.
• Provide guidance to management and business teams on compliance matters.
