responsAbility Investments AG is seeking a dedicated Head of Compliance to lead Swiss regulatory compliance and oversee the compliance framework across the responsAbility Group. The role acts as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and ensures alignment with FINMA and local requirements.

You will advise senior management and the Board, manage the Compliance team, and foster a culture of integrity and regulatory excellence in Zurich.

Competenze

• University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Compliance or Risk functions within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulation, including FINMA requirements.
• Experience as MLRO or Compliance Officer.

Mansioni

• Oversee Swiss regulatory compliance and governance across responsAbility Group.
• Act as MLRO and supervise AML and financial crime framework.
• Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework and monitor regulatory developments.
• Provide independent advice to senior management and the Board on compliance matters.
• Lead the Compliance team and foster a strong compliance culture.
