G-20 Group, based in Switzerland, is seeking a Compliance Officer to own and run the regulatory function across its regulated entities. The role demands senior regulatory expertise, ownership of AML/CFT controls, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AML/CFT/CPF frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Directly held MLRO/CO role with documented regulatory responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the group-wide compliance framework across jurisdictions (Switzerland, BVI, Cayman).
• Manage VQF SRO membership obligations and FINMA reporting requirements.
• Oversee AML policy, risk assessments, transaction monitoring and regulator interactions.
• Advise on product/commercial decisions from a regulatory perspective; review material contracts.
