Partners Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join its Compliance team in Baar - Zug. You will support the Head of Compliance Switzerland and global heads in a fast-moving asset management environment.

You will focus on Swiss and European regulations, working with international teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws, and you will contribute to ongoing risk monitoring and regulatory projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in law, business administration, or finance with relevant compliance, legal or audit experience in asset management is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English; ability to work independently in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
• Interest in using new technologies to streamline compliance processes and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Swiss compliance monitoring program and risk assessment.
• Maintain compliance systems and controls; conduct investigations as needed.
• Draft and review periodic compliance reports, directives and procedures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and reporting.
• Engage in regulatory projects from planning to implementation (e.g. AIFMD II / SFDR II).
• Liaise with internal and external auditors; prepare documentation for regulatory audits.
• Advise on marketing activities and review marketing materials.
• Perform AML checks for Partners Group AG.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments in Switzerland and Europe.
