DeepJudge AG in Zurich is seeking a product manager to own the strategy and execution of our agentic surfaces and harness. You will shape the roadmap, drive fast delivery of high-impact features, and work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver value for top legal teams.

You will collaborate on building long-horizon AI tasks, evaluate new technologies, and translate customer feedback into a decisive product plan while reporting to the Head of Product.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, roadmap and execution across Agentic Surfaces and Harness, powering DeepJudge’s AI reasoning features by prioritizing user impact and business value
• Evolve chat interface to optimize user experience for target use cases
• Prioritize feature requests across customers, verticals and initiatives, balancing GTM optimization with long-term vision
• Evolve evaluation datasets and infrastructure to improve launch decisions
• Assess speed, quality and cost of model changes and guide decisions across tech and product leadership
• Identify new technologies and follow agentic AI trends to boost efficiency of long-horizon tasks
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define and ship high-quality features quickly
• Work with Design and Product Marketing to craft intuitive user experiences
• Engage with customers to gather insights and translate feedback into roadmap priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and measurable value
• Take ownership of product decisions across the agentic area
