DeepJudge in Zürich seeks a Frontend Engineer to craft intuitive, high-performance UI experiences for our enterprise platform. You will build features with strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and scalable architecture.

You’ll partner with product and design to translate vision into production, own frontend decisions, and ship code daily while shaping our design system and frontend roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production applications with real end users using modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Love creating consistent and enjoyable user experiences that guide users through legal research, document analysis, and workflow automation.
• Solid TypeScript experience, comfortable with generics, type inference, and building type-safe components.
• Sharp eye for pixel-perfect UIs and smooth micro-interactions that convey meaning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss technical and visual decisions clearly.
• Enjoy collaborating with product to elevate vision and craft beautiful, functional user experiences.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant frontend code in a production environment, ensuring high code quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to the frontend architecture and ensure that it scales.
• Review code and contribute to a high standard of code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in agile development processes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to translate product vision into implementation.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure UI decisions prioritize usability, accessibility, and reduced cognitive load for end users.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Write tests and monitor frontend performance to ensure a reliable, fast experience.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas beyond your immediate scope.
