Job summary

• 4+ years in a client-facing, technical, or analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and Q&A on product, deployment, security, and integrations for late-stage and large prospects.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to Sales throughout the deal cycle and manage the handoff to deployments.
• Own and continuously improve sales-facing technical documentation and collateral (security overviews, deployment guides, integration references, demo materials).
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to answer technical questions and feed customer insight into positioning and roadmap.
• Build a repeatable, scalable pre-sales process as the team grows.
