Liebherr Group in Switzerland invites applications for a 12-month HR internship starting March 1, 2027. You will support the HR team with employee lifecycle tasks, draft job ads in French and English, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

You will also prepare communications and participate in cross-functional HR projects. You should be pursuing or have completed a university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, with strong writing skills in

We are looking for candidates available for a 12-month internship starting on March 1, 2027.

Your responsibilities

• You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle.
• You are responsible for drafting and publishing job advertisements in French and English for various positions.
• You assist the HR team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, employee relations (absences,conflicts, disciplinary matters) and offboarding.
• You manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Young Talent positions, including kick-off meetings, job postings, application screening, interviews and job offers.
• You prepare engaging presentations, communications and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communication.
• Depending on your qualifications and interests, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting cross-functional projects.

Your profile

• You are currently completing or have recently completed a university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related field.
• You have an excellent command of French and English. German is an asset.
• You are motivated to work in Human Resources and available for a 12-month internship.
• You have excellent writing skills, are proficient in MS Office and can easily adapt to different IT systems.
• You stand out for your autonomy, teamwork, strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
