Sword Group in Switzerland (Nyon) seeks a Data Office Project Manager to lead data and IT transformation initiatives within a demanding industrial environment. You will coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while driving portfolio rationalization.

You will develop integrated project plans, manage governance, and support change management to enable adoption and long-term success of the transformation program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex IT, Data, or Digital Transformation projects in large-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of information systems transformation, application portfolio management, and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise architecture teams and strategic technology decisions.
• Solid business analysis capabilities translating requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management and governance tools.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Data Office and IT transformation projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive application portfolio rationalization initiatives by identifying redundancies, assessing optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic decisions.
• Ensure project deliverables and technology choices align with enterprise architecture principles and target operating models.
• Define and maintain project governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, risk management, and decision tracking.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment on milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resources.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, and technical experts to translate business needs into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance indicators while providing clear and structured communication to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management activities to facilitate adoption, knowledge transfer, and long-term success of transformation initiatives.
