Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional certification in Change Management (Prosci, APMG) and/or Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMI) is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational or workplace transformations.
• Proven track record delivering complex workplace, corporate real estate, infrastructure, or enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall change management strategy to support a successful workplace transformation.
• Establish and oversee a readiness framework covering leadership, operational, and employee adoption.
• Define success measures, track progress, identify risks, and integrate readiness activities into the project plan.
• Lead the workplace transformation strategy with senior leaders to secure sponsorship and alignment.
• Equip leaders with tools and guidance to lead teams through change.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and engagement sessions to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational preparedness and continuity.
• Coordinate readiness activities across people, processes, governance, and service delivery.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-occupancy stabilization.
• Design and implement change initiatives that prepare employees for new workplace environments and technology.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through workshops, focus groups, and ambassador networks.
• Partner with Communications for engagement campaigns and learning initiatives.
