Your innate passion for our brand will enable you to advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions, and any other inquiries, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

You will also handle communication with guests via phone and email, and relay essential information to various hotel departments. Verifying services, invoicing, processing payments by credit cards, and monitoring deferred payments will also be part of your responsibilities.

PROFILE

Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Highly motivated and passionate about the realms of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
