W Verbier is seeking a Head Therapist/Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Director in daily tasks and lead the talent team within the iconic W Verbier spa. You will supervise training, manage schedules, optimise bookings and drive the spa's revenue in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• BTS/CFC Aesthetics/cosmetics or equivalent / Certification in Thai Massage.

Responsabilidades

As Head Therapist/Spa Supervisor, you will support the Spa Director in her daily tasks.

• A true chameleon of the spa and wellbeing world, you will be involved in training Talent, supervising the team, managing schedules and increasing the spa's income.
• You will also be responsible for receiving and optimising booking slots.
• You will stimulate customers’ curiosity about the Spa's treatments and à la carte products and position yourself as a salesperson.
• You'll be responsible for welcoming customers and making appointments in line with W Verbier standards, preparing the treatment room and keeping the spa and rooms clean.

PROFILE

• Fluent in French and English
