Zusammenfassung

Avaloq, based in Switzerland, seeks a Business Analyst for Web & Mobile and Crypto to act as the bridge between clients, service teams and development. You will analyze requirements, resolve incidents, and ensure high availability of critical banking applications with collaboration across product, delivery and client management teams.

You will contribute across the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-production support, while supporting testing and knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering or equivalent.
• Significant BA experience in banking/financial services with strong analysis responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of web app infrastructure (DNS, firewall, WAF).
• Familiarity with digital onboarding, authentication and security solutions.
• Experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in SQL/Oracle PL/SQL and data analysis for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key link between clients, service teams, and development organizations.
• Analyse and translate client requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end (triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, resolution).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate effectively to manage expectations.
• Support onboarding of new banking services into delivery and operations.
• Contribute to testing, including functional validation and UAT.
• Assist in delivering product enhancements and new functionalities.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
