Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Contribute hands‑on to the implementation of mobile features by developing and reviewing code in KotlinMultiplatform.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure mobile banking solutions, including API integrations and backend interactions.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision‑making across business and technical stakeholders.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release management.
