Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) seeks a Water and Habitat Project Manager to lead large WaSH projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time and budget. You will design, implement and oversee water facilities in urban settings, and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.

You bring 10–12 years WaSH project management experience, international aid exposure, and a degree in hydraulics/engineering plus a project management certification.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of professional experience in WaSH project management, with at least 2 years in international aid.
• Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and contracts.
• Experience in managing medium to large‑scale projects essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex WaSH projects from design through delivery.
• Manage procurement, contracts and project teams.
• Coordinate with partners, stakeholders and field teams to ensure success.
