Zusammenfassung

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva seeks a Global Process Owner for Institutional Planning & Budgeting to lead the design, governance and implementation of the organization’s planning and budgeting process.

You will work within the End-to-End Transformation Program, aligning institutional strategy with operational needs, and partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, HR, and Resource Mobilization to build a streamlined, scalable planning architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) in a related area.
• Minimum 12 years of professional work experience with at least 8 years in planning and monitoring.
• Experience coordinating planning and reporting technologies and multi-stakeholder projects.

Aufgaben

• Design an integrated planning framework linking strategy to multiyear planning and budgeting.
• Drive cross-functional integration across planning, budgeting, and forecasting layers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, HR, Resource Mobilization, Data and Technology teams.
• Ensure coherence across ERP, PMT, PAM, Anaplan, RedLoop and Master Data.
• Define KPIs and monitor continuous process improvements and best practices.
• Support organizational design and strategic portfolio management analysis.
