Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva seeks a Global Process Owner to lead the design, governance and implementation of Institutional Planning & Budgeting across delegations.

You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, HR and IT to deliver an integrated planning framework, drive performance metrics and support multi-year planning and quarterly forecasting; start date January 2027.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree: MSc/MBA or equivalent.
• Experience designing and coordinating planning and monitoring processes.
• Proven track record in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning framework linking strategy to multiyear planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics and IT to align systems and data flows.
• Define performance metrics and promote best practices across the organization.
