Start immediately under a contract until 31 December 2026. The position combines project coordination with cold chain expertise, ensuring compliant, quality-focused logistics across the supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Focus on Cold Chain projects in pharma/biotech
• Senior project management experience in GMP environment
• Background in SAP Material Master and supplier data collection
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willing to perform administrative tasks

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development and implementation of Cold Chain solutions across the Supply Chain
• Support design and execution of projects on time and budget with documentation
• Prepare proposals, timeframes, and schedules for Cold Chain initiatives
• Coordinate quality controls to meet requirements
• Monitor progress, manage deadlines, adjust plans as needed
• Act as point of contact for project status in meetings
• Analyze risks and opportunities related to temperature excursions and logistics
• Collaborate with peers across Supply Chain and stakeholders
