The role combines project coordination with hands-on cold-chain expertise, supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of solutions for temperature-sensitive products.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in pharmaceutical cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements for temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging, shipping and storage solutions.
• Understanding of transport lanes and temperature-monitoring concepts.
• Experience assessing temperature excursions and cold-chain risks.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, delivery-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cold-chain projects and implementation activities across stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, validation records, timelines and progress reports.
• Support design and implementation of temperature-controlled packaging, transport and storage solutions.
• Coordinate activities related to shipping lanes, lane qualification, monitoring concepts and handovers.
• Monitor project progress, risks, deviations, issues and mitigation activities.
• Assess risks relating to temperature excursions, transport conditions and storage requirements.
• Ensure cold-chain solutions comply with GMP, GDP, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and external providers.
