Required are a relevant degree, senior project management experience, SAP Material Master expertise, and proficiency in English and German.

• Senior project management experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech environments.
• Strong SAP Material Master, material classification, and SDS data experience.
• Experience with CAPA-like tracking and audit readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• English and German language skills.
• Willingness to perform administrative tasks.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development and implementation of Cold Chain solutions across the Supply Chain network.
• Support design and implementation of projects on time, on budget, and with quality, with docs and reports.
• Prepare project proposals, timeframes, and schedules for Cold Chain initiatives.
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for project status and meetings.
• Analyze risks related to temperature excursions, packaging, transport, storage, handovers.
• Collaborate with peers across the Supply Chain and stakeholders.
