Luna Capital seeks a Head of Housekeeping for a luxury property in the Bern/Gstaad area. You will supervise a team of Room Attendants, ensure pristine suites and public areas, and coordinate with other departments to uphold the property’s standards.

The ideal candidate has a Hospitality Management degree (Rooms Division), fluent French and English (a third language is a plus), exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proven track record in luxury hospitality, with a keen eye

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Rooms Division or Accommodation Management.
• Proven experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
• Excellent general knowledge, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Thorough understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond efficiently to urgent guest requests.
• Versatile, flexible, and fully committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of Room Attendants.
• Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of all suites, residences, and public areas throughout the property.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of the Room Attendants.
• Conduct inspections of suites and residences for both arrivals and departures, ensuring cleanliness, guest amenities, VIP setups, and compliance with the property's standards.
• Manage housekeeping equipment, linen, inventories, housekeeping carts, and minibars.
• Train the Housekeeping team on the property's policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle unexpected situations promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate Housekeeping operations with the hotel's other departments.
