Avacone GmbH is seeking an experienced VDI / Server Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise VDI and Microsoft-based server platforms. You will ensure secure, scalable virtual workspaces and maintain high levels of performance and user experience across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with Citrix, Windows Server, AD, and GPO, plus strong automation and incident-management skills. Collaboration with security, storage, and application teams is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically six to ten years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise VDI environments.
• Deep knowledge of Citrix, Windows desktop/server OS, AD and GPO.
• Experience with endpoint management, security controls and build automation.

• Design, implement and maintain VDI and virtual application platforms.
• Manage VDI capacity, performance and availability to ensure a consistent user experience.
