Job summary

LimmaTech Biologics AG, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Analytical Associate (100%) to advance vaccine development through analytical method development and characterization of vaccine candidates. The role involves handling immunoassays, chromatography, and quality control in Schlieren near Zürich.

You will contribute to stability studies, regulatory documentation, and knowledge transfers while collaborating with a highly motivated team in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• Laboratory technician qualification or higher in chemistry/biochemistry/biology.
• Experience with immunoassays such as ELISA and biochemical assays.
• Glycan analytics experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform analytical methods for characterization and release testing of vaccine candidates.
• Analyze biomolecules (glyco-proteins, glyco-lipids, glycans) using state-of-the-art assays (HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA).
• Participate in stability, formulation and compatibility studies.
• Report and evaluate analytical data in meetings and reports.
• Independently plan and execute analytical research projects.
• Write SOPs and analytical reports.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation preparation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment per safety standards.
• Assist in technology transfers to contract manufacturing and research organizations.
