Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is seeking an Underwriting Governance Project Assistant for a 12-month temporary contract, in a hybrid arrangement across Zurich with the AwAI initiative. The role offers exposure to AI-enabled governance and cross-unit collaboration.

You will support reviewing and migrating Underwriting Standards, coordinate stakeholder discussions, track progress, and assist with MVP preparation. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• General underwriting knowledge and use of Underwriting Standards.
• Ability to translate governance intent into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Assist with reviewing, simplifying, reorganising, and migrating P&C Re Underwriting Standards into the new governance framework and platform.
• Lead weekly discussions and stakeholder engagement activities to collect input, address questions, and build alignment.
• Monitor delivery progress, highlight risks and dependencies, and escape issues as needed.
• Participate in testing, validation, and adoption efforts in preparation for the MVP launch.
