The role requires a thoughtful, proactive, and well-organized individual with strong Excel skills and excellent English communication. German language skills are an advantage in our multilingual Swiss setting.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education background with experience in insurance or reinsurance.

• Take ownership of varied administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
• Support our underwriters in nurturing existing partnerships and helping develop new business relationships
• Prepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts
• Create and maintain meaningful reports that support portfolio management and effective control
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance
