Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is seeking an early-career professional to join the Underwriting Governance team, contributing to an AI-enabled governance framework. The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders across P&C Re and Group Underwriting to shape future underwriting processes.

You will help review and simplify underwriting standards, migrate them to a new platform, and support testing, validation and adoption for the MVP launch. Hybrid work model expected, three days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• General underwriting knowledge and how underwriters use standards.
• Ability to translate governance intent into actionable requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digitalisation and AI in underwriting governance.

Aufgaben

• Review, simplify, reorganise, and migrate underwriting standards into the new governance framework and platform.
• Lead weekly discussions and stakeholder engagement to gather input and align on direction.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and raise issues as needed.
• Participate in testing, validation, and adoption activities for the MVP launch.
