Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is seeking an Underwriting Governance Project Assistant on a 12-month temporary contract. You will help review, simplify, and migrate P&C underwriting standards into a new AI-enabled governance framework and platform, while collaborating with senior stakeholders across P&C Re, Group Underwriting, and the AwAI program.

This role is hybrid, with an office presence expected in Zürich and Munich, and offers a hands-on introduction to underwriting, technology, and business transformation.

Aufgaben

• Assist with reviewing, simplifying, reorganising, and migrating P&C Re Underwriting Standards into the new governance framework and platform.
• Lead weekly discussions and stakeholder engagement activities to collect input, address questions, and build alignment.
• Monitor delivery progress, highlight risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in testing, validation, and adoption efforts in preparation for the MVP launch.
