You will register funds with FINMA, ensure cross-border regulatory compliance (Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore) and assist with KYC/AML onboarding, due diligence, and legal reporting while maintaining fund documents and minutes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal.
• Experience in a comparable function in funds or distribution channels of asset management.
• Experience working with authorities e.g. FINMA, FMA, AIFM, GFSC.
• Generalist knowledge of fund contracts, fund documentation and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS, etc.).
• Organised, independent and results-oriented with professional conduct.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the registration of investment funds with FINMA and contact for foreign funds in Switzerland.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore, etc.
• Analyse and evaluate cross-border distribution processes for investment funds.
• Handle onboarding regulatory issues for fund managers (KYC/AML, tax, due diligence).
• Update country-specific compliance lists for fund documentation and reporting.
• Be a contact for internal stakeholders or investors.
• Support contract management and legal reporting with specialist teams.
• Maintain fund documents, contracts, minutes and prepare general meetings.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
