Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal.
• Experience in a comparable function in funds or asset management distribution.
• Experience with authorities such as FINMA, FMA, AIFM, GFSC.
• Knowledge of fund contracts, documentation and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS).

Aufgaben

• Register investment funds with FINMA; act as contact for foreign funds in Switzerland.
• Ensure regulatory requirements for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore, etc.
• Analyze cross-border fund distribution processes.
• Handle onboarding regulatory questions (KYC/AML, tax, due diligence).
• Update country-specific compliance lists for fund docs and investor info.
