coni + partner ag is seeking a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (m/f/d) to support fund investment compliance for an international asset management client in Zurich. The role spans lifecycle management, document analysis, and regulatory reporting across global locations.

The candidate should hold a CAS in Legal Assistant/Paralegal or a Bachelor/Master in Business Law, with experience in law firms, asset management, or bank asset management divisions.

Qualifikationen

Proficiency with MS Office.
Strong command of English and professional communication.

Aufgaben

Assist lifecycle of fund investments and onboarding at global locations.
Analyze documents and contracts; monitor deadlines and regulatory reporting.
Coordinate services for onboarding investment structures and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
Update data in private equity database and store contracts in systems.
