coni + partner AG is seeking a Paralegal for Fund Compliance Asset Management in Zurich. The role focuses on regulatory alignment, fund documentation, and cross-border fund processes.

You will support internal teams, liaise with authorities, and manage KYC/AML and tax compliance aspects for fund managers and investors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business law or paralegal required.
• Experience in a comparable function with funds or distribution channels of asset management.
• Familiarity with authorities e.g. FINMA, FMA, AIFM, GFSC.
• Knowledge of fund contracts, fund documentation and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and results-oriented.
• Professionalism towards internal and external stakeholders; excellent communication.
• IT flair and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Register investment funds with FINMA and act as contact for foreign funds in Switzerland.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore, and others.
• Analyse cross-border distribution processes for investment funds.
• Handle regulatory questions during onboarding of fund managers (KYC/AML, tax, due diligence).
• Maintain country-specific compliance lists for fund documentation, investor information, financial reports, and legal reporting.
• Act as contact for internal stakeholders or investors.
• Support contract management and legal reporting within specialist teams.
• Maintain updated country-specific fund documentation lists and minutes for meetings.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as situation requires.

Qualifikation
