coni + partner ag in Zurich seeks a Paralegal UCITS Funds Structring Processes & Registration to support a bank's asset management activities in Switzerland.

You will register funds with FINMA, ensure cross-border regulatory compliance (Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore) and assist with KYC/AML onboarding, due diligence, and legal reporting while maintaining fund documents and minutes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal.
• Experience in a comparable function in funds or distribution channels of asset management.
• Experience working with authorities e.g. FINMA, FMA, AIFM, GFSC.
• Generalist knowledge of fund contracts, fund documentation and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS, etc.).
• Organised, independent and results-oriented with professional conduct.
• Fluent in German and English.
