Allianz Technology in the Zurich area seeks a Tribe Lead Customer & Distribution to own the platform behind Allianz Suisse's sales, distribution and customer engagement. You will lead a Tribe of multiple squads, shaping the vision, roadmap and governance for CRM, sales tooling, and marketing systems.

The role emphasizes functional leadership, cross-team collaboration, and accountable management of financials, backlog and delivery quality within a hybrid work model.

• Ensure RUN/CHANGE maintenance and budget tracking for Tribe services.
