Allianz Technology in Zürich leads a Tribe of three Agile Squads and owns the platform behind Allianz Suisse's sales, distribution and customer engagement across Life and Non-Life. The Tribe Lead shapes the vision, roadmap and budget, guiding Product Owners and coordinating with TTL.

You drive backlogs, ensure quality and deliverables, and align functional and technical topics while maintaining financial oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership competence to inspire and motivate teams without hierarchical authority.
• Strategic planning with focus on impact for customers and business outcomes.
• Effective communication with stakeholders to promote constructive, solution-oriented culture.
• Proven Agile expertise in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe; living the agile mindset.
• Financial management of the Tribe budget, including run and change costs.
• Ability to navigate prioritization conflicts between functional and technical demands.
• Solid understanding of the sales and customer-interaction value chain (CRM, lead management, broker integration).

Aufgaben

• Steering and guiding Product Owners to achieve Tribe goals.
• Promoting cross-Tribe collaboration to leverage synergies and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with the Technical Tribe Lead to prioritize topics and include them in Tribe planning.
• Participate actively in regular Tribe syncs.
• Communicate with Chapter Leads on people and skill planning.
• Ensure PPM tasks are created and kept up to date by the Tribe Delivery Manager.
