Your responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate international travel across 5 continents
• Manage flights, hotels, transfers, visas and complex itineraries
• Handle frequent last-minute changes, cancellations and urgent requests
• Coordinate travel for senior executives, teams and VIP clients
• Anticipate potential issues and provide alternative solutions in real time
• Ensure a high level of service, confidentiality and attention to detail
