• MSc degree in Immunology, Biology, Molecular Medicine or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant research experience bridging clinical and preclinical evidence.
• Hands-on mastery of immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology assays (e.g., flow cytometry, qPCR).
• Experience collaborating with data scientists ensuring robust experimental design and reproducibility.

Aufgaben

• Actively contribute to drug discovery and exploratory projects targeting autoimmune diseases.
• Collaborate with quantitative scientists to design hypothesis-driven experiments and integrate biomarker data.
• Design and conduct mechanistic experiments using human biosamples to generate translational data.
• Plan and implement in vitro and ex vivo assays including complex flow cytometry.
• Analyze results, evaluate hypotheses, and plan subsequent steps.
