active-consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence & Transformation Manager for a pharmaceutical company in the Schaffhausen region. The role focuses on advancing procurement excellence across the Group with emphasis on governance, processes, systems and performance.

You will shape and implement the transformation agenda, drive standardisation of processes, and lead digitalisation and analytics initiatives across international sites.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business or related field.
• Proven international procurement transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience with procurement systems and data-driven performance management.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.

• Experience with procurement systems, digitalisation and data-driven performance management
• Strong project and change management capabilities
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
